Called "dok mali" in Thai, jasmine is used in worship and is also seen as a symbol of purity and motherhood. The jasmine flower is used as a symbol for its white color, its aromatic smell and duration, as well as it blooms throughout the year. These characteristics of the flower are the same as the love of mothers to their children: pure as the color white and that will never disappear.
